Woche 27/2019

  1. It's nice to see you have found Suzanne Fluhr 's weekly challenge. I "met" her different times at Laura's challenge but instead of "I am the diva" came "Square one". I can't found the time to join more challenges, maybe later... Anyway your first entry is wonderful on this beautiful background and my favorite of the week of the tanglework! As always I love your watercoloured painting and you gave Tissooh a nice try. It is a very difficult pattern and I really struggled a lot to get a very simple drawing on my tile!
About Ela's challenges, the most beautiful tangle is Anthem and I like that tile very much, also your variations on Javik are very much appreciated, thank you dear Margarete!

    1. It's always nice to hear from you, dear Ria!
Ela's patterns are sometimes a bit difficult for me, because I would never combine them in this way. But it remains interesting to try anyway. At the moment I also paint a lot of watercolors, because when the weather is fine I like to go painting in our beautiful area.
I also met Suzanne Fluhr at Laura's challenges. I'll see what topics she'll bring and join if I have time.
Tissoooh is a very difficult pattern, though it looks relatively simple. To really draw it exactly, a lot of practice is required. I usually draw quite spontaneously, so I tried a spontaneous version that became relatively acceptable, not more. Occasionally I will try to draw the pattern more exactly.
Your Javik is a wonderful pattern. You know, I like to draw organic patterns and so i love Javik, because it is very versatile and attractive.
